I have posted six comments on various LDS blogs in the last 48 hours and all six were deleted by the administrators! Six comments on five blogs! I even tried (on the one that deleted two of my comments) to post a third comment that said only: 'why do you delete my comments?' and found I was blocked and could not post any more comments on that blog.
In these comments I do not curse, I am not rude, I am on topic, but I do not agree with what they are saying and give valid points on why they should rethink their views. The funny thing, most of these bloggers talk about how "alone" they felt in the church until they started blogging, now they can be open about how they feel without fear. They have found a sense of 'community' among other mormons. I find it interesting that they base their community on openness yet censor me when I point out the flaws in their ideals. I guess they only allow like minded individuals in their communities.
It takes thought and time for me to comment. I enjoy a nice religious conversation where people can disagree. I enjoy it even more when I am proven wrong because it gives me something to study. But I grow weary of cliquish blogs that delete me instead of engage me.

Yeah. I think most people tend to complain about others in terms of what they would find unpleasant about themselves, were they sufficiently aware..
RE: "I guess they only allow like minded individuals in their communities."
I think this is how a lot the world views "the Mormons." Sadly, they're right about us most of the time....
I'm not sure which version of the temple book I have--I assume that is it the older one as well, but I'm not sure. I should compare it online. . . If I have the newer one, I'll let you know.
Hi
I stumbled across your blog on LDS BLOGS. I thought you mighe be interested in a site my wife and I just built called MormonsMadeSimple.com, which uses simple, explanatory videos to explain the Mormon faith. Feel free to feature any of these videos on your blog, or just share them with non-member friends. We're hoping these videos will be missionary tools to help members share their beliefs. Anyway, sorry to spam your comments section. I couldn't find any contact information for you on your blog.
